About US:

North Port Youth Basketball, Inc was established in 2006. This organization was developed in 2006, striving to become the leading not for profit organization in North Port, Florida. Initially it all began with approximately 200 children our first season and have reached our maximum capacity of approximately 300 children for the last several seasons. Many of our kids are rotating between Winter and Summer ball, while others prefer one or another allowing them to play other sports or activities.

NPYB was established to promote and provide a positive environment where recreational basketball skills are taught for the children residing in North Port and surrounding areas. The organization as as whole believes it is necessary to encourage positive sportsmanship, develop good playing skills, and promote friendly competitive relationships among the participating coaches and parents

NPYB, Inc is open to all boys and girls ages 5 through 17, living within our local area. Within the league, the following Divisions have been established but are subject to change per season.
